About Fiesta Numero Uno

Fiesta Numero Uno, literally translated from Spanish, is Feast (Fiesta) Number (Numero) One (Uno). The Organizing committee (joint collaboration) has unanimously agreed to have this event named and themed Fiesta Numero Uno. ‘One’ to promote unity among the students at UCSI University, as well as the Student Council with the clubs/associations. Also, not forgetting, instilling teamwork, and to help clubs/associations to raise funds to ease their financial difficulties.

Flea Market is an event that promotes shopping spree for everyone as it sells all sorts of clothing and accessories. Total estimation of 15 boutiques are expected to attend this event and 5 stalls will be opened to the student to become vendors.

UniFest will be the final event item of Fiesta Numero Uno, and the concert that will push the momentum and usher in yet another milestone in our history books (2nd anniversary of University status). It is without a doubt, independent bands and other artistes will be invited to perform in this concert.

Street Carnival by MSA is a carnival that would spell out the word ‘FUN’. There will be lots of food and drinks sold, as well as games, which will be the main attraction, that will bring out the childhood in everyone. Food and games altogether, there will be 20 stalls.

PC & Games fair by ITSA will show 20 companies related to the IT field coming over to sell IT gadgets at student price. There will also be a game fair where students can join and compete with one another. Students will definitely go ga-ga over the I-definitely-can-afford-priced gadgets.

International Women’s Day will be angled through Fashion Show by SSLAA. Their main objective of this event is to create awareness of the contribution made my women in the workforce, as well as celebrate IWD since the main date is 7th March 2010. The fashion show will take place on the 4th march during Unifest

Our University

UCSI University is amongst the few Malaysian private university to offer a wide spectrum of academic studies ranging from medical science to architecture and surveying.

Established since 1986, UCSI University stands tall among many Malaysian private institutions of higher learning in offering a wide spectrum of academic programmes, ranging from Medicine, Pharmacy and Nursing to Music, Multimedia and Liberal Arts.

  • If you're going to UCSI Campus via Bus, you could take bus no T407 or T406 to Taman Connaught and that is where UCSI University was located!
  • If you're going to UCSI Campus via LRT, you could take:

    If you are taking the Star LRT, stop at the Bandar Tasik Selatan and take the bus no T407 to UCSI University or follow the UCSI university shuttle service and stop at UCSI North Wings Campus.Unive

Flea Market


Flea market provides students and outsiders an opportunity to pamper yourself in a little retail therapy at affordable prices which will not burn a hole in your pocket. Products on sale include articles of clothing and various fashion accessories. A total of 15 stalls are allocated for vendors to sell their goods. Of these 15, 10 will be taken by boutiques, with the remaining 5 to be reserved for student vendors.

The Flea Market is organised by the Student Council.

UNIFEST 2010


It's Back!~
Oh yea, UNIFEST is back for more excitement!

What's that?
UNIFEST is one of the events and also the final item of Fiesta Numero Uno. It is a concert that will push the momentum and usher in yet another milestone in our history books (2nd anniversary of University status).

Apart from that, UNIFEST is being held to celebrate the joy of 24th anniversary of UCSI University which signifies another great milestone achieved by UCSI University. Come and join us, and have a blowout with the featured bands, artistes and performances such as The Seven Collar T-Shirt, An Honest Mistake, Bus Company, Free To Fall, Saving Grace Period, UCSI Dance Club, Fashion show and many more.

IWD Fashion Show


What's it is all about?

International Women's Day (8 March) is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. The Social Sciences and Liberal Arts Association (SSLAA) of UCSI University has been a strong advocate for women and annually holds events to inspire women and to celebrate their achievements. The IWD 2010 Fashion Show is set to create awareness of this celebrated event and its significance to all. So make a difference, think globally and act locally. Make everyday International Women's Day. Do your bit to ensure that the future for girls is bright, equal, safe and rewarding.

MSA 1 Carnival

What's That?

The theme, 1Carnival, is inspired by the 1Malaysia concept – and aims to bring about Unity among the UCSI University Management students. This Carnival which will be fully-managed by students aims also to further improve their management and entrepreneurship skills and putting theory into practice.

Do come and join the fun as 1Carnival promises excitement with its games such as Bottle Ring, Sudoku Challenge, Downing the Bread, Sportlight Ball, and many more. Food and drinks will also be sold with the main attraction being the throwing of oranges and bananas in conjunction with Chap Goh Mei (Oriental Valentine’s Day).

MSA 1Carnival is organised by the Management Student Association (MSA), which comprises Business Administration, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, and Marketing and Logistic Management students.
